Huawei appears to be about to launch a new premium smartwatch, the Watch GT Ultimate. The wearable has appeared in the Directorate General of Resources and Equipment Standardization for Post and Informatics (SDPPI) database in Indonesia.

The marketing name listed is Huawei Watch GT Ultimate, the model number is WDS-B19, and the certificate issued was number 102176/SDPPI/102176/SDPPI/2024. Unfortunately, the database entry does not reveal further information about the smartwatch, such as the size of the watch face and the device’s features.

As an idea of what the wearable might look like, the older Huawei Watch Ultimate, launched in 2023, has a 1.5-inch LTPO AMOLED display. This model’s features include support for diving to depths of up to 100 m (~328 ft) and an expedition mode with Dual-Band Five-System GNSS for enhanced positioning. You can log exercise with over 100 sports modes and ECG and PPG sensors monitor biometrics like your heart rate and SpO2 level. The company claims that the model can run for up to 14 days with typical use, recharging wirelessly in just 60 minutes. It remains to be seen when the Huawei Watch GT Ultimate will launch, in which countries and at what price. As an indication, the Huawei Watch Ultimate starts at €749.00 in the EU.
